Carlington Phillips, the second son of Ms. Blossom's eldest daughter Pauline Martin, Carl as he is called is the VP for The Admirah Grant Foundation, his main roles are to assist the president in foundation policy and procedures. His roles also include management of the foundation budget, hiring interns and site management of the Jamaica, W.I. office.
